Spicy Chili
From everything Tex-Mex in the good ole south…it’s all about loading flavor into each and every bite! If you like spice in your life…this is definitely the recipe for you! Kick it up notch at the dinner table with this Spicy Chili recipe.
Spicy Chili
Yield – 6-8 servings
Preparation Time – 5 minutes
Cooking Time – 60 minutes
Ingredients
- 1 lb. hamburger meat
- 1/2 medium size onion (chopped)
- 1 15 oz. pinto beans
- 1 15 oz. kidney beans
- 1 10 oz. Rotel
- 1 8 oz. tomato sauce
- 3 cup water
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon salt
Instructions
- In a skillet, brown hamburger meat.
- Add onion just before meat is fully cooked
- After hamburger meat is fully cooked, add in remaining ingredients
- Bring to a boil over medium heat and reduce to a simmer
- Simmer for 30-45 minutes
- Remove from heat and serve
