Chunky Restaurant Style Rotel Salsa
Ingredients
- 1 can Rotel
- 1 can Petite Diced Tomatoes
- 1/2 medium onion (finely chopped)
- 1 medium jalapeno (finely diced and seeded)
- 2 to 2 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tbsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp black pepper
- 10 oz water
How to Make Rotel Salsa
- Mix all ingredients into a medium saucepan.
- Bring to a boil and reduce heat to a simmer for approximately 30 minutes (stirring occasionally).
- Remove from heat and allow to cool completely before placing into a mason jar or bowl to enjoy with your family.

this salsa is now my go to salsa.it is outstanding! So simple and so good..ingenious melding of seasonings! TY!!
