The holidays are almost here. I don’t know about you, but my family likes to keep breakfast really simple. We know we will be eating a big meal later, so it’s important to keep it as easy as possible. I know I’ll be in the kitchen cooking a lot, so this meal has to be done in under 20 minutes. However, I also like it to be special. Here are some holiday breakfast ideas to help you figure out what you will serve your bunch as well.

Go with Brunch
A fun and not so fancy way to have an easy breakfast on the holidays is an easy brunch. You can make tons of breakfast foods and serve them for brunch. Something like pancakes, bacon, and eggs are very filling but also extremely yummy. Grab an omelet pan or a waffle maker and create great custom dishes everyone loves!
Breakfast Casserole
One of my go-to meals for Christmas morning is easily a breakfast casserole. Using your favorite meat, adding eggs, and cheese and you will have an unforgettable breakfast for your family. I also love how versatile breakfast casseroles are. So simple and yet so very yummy!
Breakfast Pizza
I like to try and fill my family up for a few hours until we have our bigger meal later. Breakfast pizza is the way to go. You can make a basic crust and fill it will your favorite breakfast toppings. I love breakfast pizza and what it brings to the kitchen table on Christmas morning.
Homemade Waffles
The world likes to make us think that we have to only make things out of a box. Make your world a little different for your family. Find a homemade waffle recipe that you love and then allow your family to put their favorite toppings on it. This is a fun way to spend Christmas morning without having an extremely heavy breakfast or spending a lot of time making it.
