- 3 chicken breast
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- dash of milk
- 1 cup of bread crumbs
- mozzarella cheese
- spaghetti sauce
- salt, pepper, garlic powder
Easy Chicken Parmesan Recipe Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Start cooking noodles in a pasta pot (my personal favorite) as directed on the box.
- While the pasta is cooking and the oven is preheating, crack eggs and add milk into a small/medium sized mixing bowl. Whisk together well.
- In a separate bowl, add your bread crumbs and seasoning together. Mix well.
- Dip chicken breast into the egg and milk mixture.
- Dip chicken breast into bread crumbs and lightly batter.
- Place breaded chicken onto a baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
- Halfway through baking the chicken, flip the chicken breast over.
- Once the chicken is fully cooked, pour some spaghetti sauce over chicken and top with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake an additional 3-5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Serve over cooked spaghetti noodles and a side of broccoli Slaw Salad recipe.
