Easy Tutorials – Ribbon Wreath

December is already here and that means Christmas is right around the corner…  Today I want to share a super easy ribbon wreath tutorial that I know you will love!  Every year for the last 12 years, I have changed my colors simply because I like changing things up each year!  It’s more of a family tradition for us and most of the time the kids make the decision on our color choice.  This year was a little different, I wanted to honor my son starting junior high this year with his school colors so that’s where the red, white, and black comes in.

Now….the Christmas tree on the other hand will be colors I chose last year! You will see the tree next week…it’s beautiful, but definitely not traditional!  :)

In the years before this year, I usually just repurpose a garland wreath and change the decorations up to match our colors for the year.  I simply purchase ornaments and ribbon that compliments the colors I have chosen for the year and hot glue the ornaments onto the wreath and make a new bow with the ribbon.

This year I wanted to change things up a bit and step outside the box with a ribbon wreath because it just sounded fun to make!  This easy Christmas craft takes approximately 2 hours from start to finish, so it’s definitely a great project for the weekend!  Check out the instructions for this tutorial below!

Look at you all crafty and stuff! That’s such a pretty wreath. I’ve never had any luck with a wreath no matter what. OK, so maybe I’ll try again. Thanks for sharing the video how to as well. That might just be the thing I need to get it right this year.
