We love this easy egg roll in a bowl recipe because it makes the perfect weeknight dinner idea for our family. In about 15 minutes, I can have dinner on the table and everyone’s bellies are full before you know it.

Ingredients You’ll Need
- 1 pound ground pork or chicken
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Ground ginger
- Paprika
- 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
- 14 ounces coleslaw mixture
- Snow peas
- Sweet chili sauce
- Chow mein noodles
- Green onions, garnish
How to Make Egg Roll In A Bowl
- In a wok or skillet, brown the ground pork or chicken until fully cooked with the dry seasoning ingredients.
- Add soy sauce and teriyaki sauce, then toss in snow peas to cook for 3-5 minutes.
- Next, add the coleslaw mix and toss together well.
- Remove from heat after 2-3 minutes since you don’t want the coleslaw mixture to get soggy.
- Serve in a bowl with a drizzle of sweet chili sauce, chow mien noodles, and green onions.
