  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon cajun seasoning

How to Fry Pickles

  1. Preheat oil in the fryer *I use a Fry Daddy*.
  2. Layout pickles to dry on a paper towel.
  3. Mix eggs and milk together in a small bowl.
  4. Mix flour & cajun seasoning together in another small bowl.
  5. Place pickles in egg mixture & remove.
  6. Place the pickles in the flour mixture & remove.
  7. Place pickles into oil.
  8. Cook for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown.
