Fried Pickle Recipe Ingredients
- 2 cups hamburger sliced pickles
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 cup flour
- 1 1/2 tablespoon cajun seasoning
How to Fry Pickles
- Preheat oil in the fryer *I use a Fry Daddy*.
- Layout pickles to dry on a paper towel.
- Mix eggs and milk together in a small bowl.
- Mix flour & cajun seasoning together in another small bowl.
- Place pickles in egg mixture & remove.
- Place the pickles in the flour mixture & remove.
- Place pickles into oil.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown.
