packet ranch dressing mix

packet au jus gravy mix

pepperoncini peppers

Instructions
In a skillet, add the olive oil and chuck roast to brown on all sides.
Once browned, remove the skillet and place it in a crockpot lined with a liner.
Add sliced butter on top of the roast.
Sprinkle the ranch seasoning and au jus gravy mix on top.
Next, add pepperoncini peppers over the roast.
Cut red potatoes into halves or quarters and place them around the edge of the roast.
Add the carrots next along with the beef broth.
Set the slow cooker on high and cook for 4-6 hours.
