Ingredients
4-5
medium-large potatoes
1
package of Butterball Turkey Sausage
1/2
medium onion
sliced
Dash of flour
Salt & pepper to taste
Canola Oil
Instructions
Wash, peel, and dice 4-5 medium-large potatoes into 1/2 inch cubes.
Add 1/2 medium-size onion and potatoes into a medium-sized mixing bowl.
Add a dash of flour to potatoes (adds a little crunch to them).
Add salt & pepper and mix together well.
Dice Butterball Turkey Sausage and set aside in a bowl.
Preheat canola oil in a frying pan.
Add potatoes into the pan and cook for 5-10 minutes before adding in Butterball Turkey Sausage.
Cook until potatoes are tender and sausage is browned.
Remove from pan and place on a plate with a paper towel to soak up excess oil.
