Ingredients

chicken tenders
1/2
medium onion
Salt
Pepper, & Garlic (to taste - a little goes a long way)

Bag Spinach
1/4

Sun-Dried Tomatoes
in oil

Bag Penne Pasta

Pesto Sauce

tablespoon
Cherry Pepper Topper

Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Olive Oil
Instructions
Dice chicken into bite size pieces.
Dice onion.
Cook penne pasta as directed on the package and set aside.
In a large skillet, add olive oil, chicken, onion, and seasoning. Cook on medium heat until chicken is fully done.
Once the chicken is fully cooked, add sun-dried tomatoes and spinach. Mix together well and cook until spinach is wilted.
Reduce heat and toss in pasta, pesto sauce, and cherry pepper topper. Mix well until everything is coated with the pesto and cherry pepper topper.
Add mozzarella cheese and mix together to allow for the cheese to melt.
