Leftover Corn Tortillas
quartered
Pam Cooking Spray
Pinch
of Salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375˚.
Quarter corn tortillas into triangles.
Lay tortilla quarters onto a nonstick cookie sheet.
Lightly spray each tortilla with Pam Cooking Spray.
Lightly dust with a pinch of salt.
Bake at 375˚for 7 minutes (or until lightly golden on one side).
Flip the tortillas over to bake the other side for 7 minutes (or until lightly golden).
