Ingredients
Duncan Hines Classic White Cake Mix

cup
Gallo Family Vineyards Original White Moscato
3
Large Eggs
1/4
cup
Vegetable Oil
Icing
1
package cream cheese
1
stick butter
can use homemade butter
1
lb
box confectioners sugar
3
tbsp
Gallo Family Vineyards Original White Moscato
Instructions
Prepare cake mix according to the instructions with the exception of replacing the water with Moscato.
Bake cupcakes as directed on the box.
Allow cupcakes to cool completely.
While the cupcakes are cooling, add cream cheese, butter and Gallo's White Moscato together in a mixing bowl.
Using a mixer (I love my Kitchenaid Stand Mixer), mix the above ingredients together until they are well blended together.
With the mixer still on, slowly add the confectioner sugar into the icing mixture until you get a creamy consistency.
Using a knife, coat each cupcake with icing.
Serve & enjoy with all of your adult friends!
