Head of Cabbage
Carrots
Kosher pickles or any pickle you like
Onion
Bell Peppers
Celery
Salt
Pepper

of White Vinegar
1/4

of Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4

of Pickle Juice
Instructions
Cut cabbage.
Dice bell peppers, onions, celery, and pickles.
Shred carrots.
Mix all veggies, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
Pour all liquids and mix.
Set in frig to let the juices soak in.
Notes
Tip: you could also use bagged coleslaw, then you don’t need the carrots and have less prep time.
