Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 stick butter
  • ½ cup water
  • 2 tbsp vanilla milk powder mix
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 1 egg
  • ½ tsp baking soda

Instructions
 

  • Mix flour, sugar, and salt together in a bowl and set aside.
  • In a small pan, bring butter, water and vanilla milk powder mix to a boil.
  • Remove from heat immediately and add to dry ingredients.
  • Mix well.
  • Add sour cream, eggs, and baking soda into mixture.
  • Pour into a 13×9 cake pan.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
